The staff at Aristide made our wedding planning so easy! Through this venue we were able to book packages that included vendors for our bakery, dj, stationary needs (invitations and signs), flowers, and even a luxury car exit! Each vendor reached out personally to us and helped make our visions come to life. Sydnee took care of us as our event coordinator and was so accommodating the entire time. She helped with all of our questions and was always quick with responding to our emails or text messages. Our day of coordinator, Kiana helped make the day run so smoothly which we really appreciated. As I was getting ready, I didnât have to worry about any of the vendors, decorations, or timing because of how well organized she was and it brought so much relief on a day that is usually hectic. Lastly, but certainly not least, our DJ Aiden was really the star of the show for us and our guests! We got paired up with Aiden through the venue because of his vibe and he provided such a great energy! We got to have a meeting with him about specific songs we wanted and cues and he nailed everything we were looking for from my entrance into the ceremony to the very last song with our guests. He got everyone on the dance floor, it was never empty the entire night. We canât thank this amazing staff enough!!

We had the best time at Aristide McKinney to celebrate our big day! I would highly recommend Walter Weddings plan your event/wedding! We get married in a couple weeks and the process has been so stress-free. I just had my wedding this past Saturday and it was wonderful. The staff at the venue were all so wonderful and nice. My planner was Amber and my day of coordinators were Kiana and Josh. They were all very professional, kind, understanding, flexible and accommodating. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from all my guests and they all said it was the best wedding they've been to. The food was delicious as well and everything was happy. I got the open bar and buffet menu for about 225 guests and it was very affordable and reasonable compared to many other venues I've seen in the DFW metroplex. I would recommend this venue to all. It is a one stop shop and it really made me less stressed than many bride friends I've seen in my adult life.

Good afternoon Rebecca and I appreciate your follow up so quickly and my intentions are to do another email especially about the exemplary service that I have received from Walters wedding Estates especially Amanda. Through this very challenging time with the wedding being canceled by the groom it was amazing that we were able to still recoup some of the food and services for my daughters masters degree party that we had on Saturday. Amanda was very caring and went out of her way to keep in touch and I can only say that the service that she gave us was over and above. She is an amazing employee and I enjoyed working with her. I am in the hospitality industry and have been in for over 40 years and she is a jewel. I also wanna to share that the food was amazing and almost 80 guest attended and kept replying who is your caterer and I could only share with them it was Walters Estates. Your vendors are amazing also Lizzie bees produced the most beautiful flower arrangements and I could only imagine the job that she and her team would have performed for my daughters wedding if it would have not been canceled. Also Jenny Laneâs bakery she was amazing to work with and produced a beautiful cake that fit the theme for her graduation along with the dessert bar. And the cake was some of the best I have tasted. Thank you again for everything and I will follow up soon.

I got engaged in 2020. We secured the venue a few months later for a 2022 wedding. Overall, we really liked the service we received from the Aristide Mckinney. This venue worked with us every step of the way. We received great service and attention to our wishes. All of the preparations leading up to the wedding went well. We even got an opportunity to take our engagement photos at the Mansfield location since our other plans did not work. The estate was nice and clean. The bridal suite was a bit warm in temperature but everything else was on point. The staff was very attentive. There was a mix up with the venue scheduling a wedding rehearsal of another couple during our reserved time. This was quite unnerving and frustrating. They did do all they could to make sure everything else was on point. We did feel accommodated and were treated with care and respect. All of the guest enjoyed themselves and our wedding was beautiful and elegant. The venue was a very important element of the outcome.

Truly a dream come true! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. With my husband and I not being local to the venue we were a little worried about the wedding planning process but Joshua and the Aristide vendors did an amazing job with their guidance every step of the way. They were all super attentive to all the questions we had and just made us feel very taken care of going into our wedding. Even our planner loved working with Joshua as he helped make her job much easier! The best thing I can say is that there is no need to feel stressed during planning when you have great people taking care of you.

My husband and I just celebrated our weddingceremony/reception here and I highly reccomend this venue. The location is great! The venue inside and out is beautiful. More so, it have a wonderful architecture, plenty of parking, beautiful view. This venue was all a bride could imagine and Iâm in love with it. (Gaby Diaz), the manager, is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. Aristide McKinney Venue family, you all assured that my husband and I had a peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable wedding. We are so grateful! Thank you!

While Gaby was pleasant and I believe meant well, she was not available or present for 3 of the 4 scheduled visits to the venue. In each case, she was always apologetic, stating she was in a meeting or had another pressing matter. Additional amenities were offered and documented in emails, but all were not adhered to. Our confidence in Aristide was affected when she didnât follow through on things that were promised. Through it all, we had an amazing and fun wedding celebration. The food was great and we and our guests danced the night away.

My daughter had always wanted the fairytale wedding. COVID-19 threatened to dash that dream. But the great people at Aristide McKinney and especially our wedding coordinator, Gaby, helped make that dream a reality. Gaby was stellar. A true rock star. She worked with us throughout the entire process and we were able to postpone the original wedding date by a year (with no financial penalty) so that we could have the full celebration we had hoped for. The staff at Aristide - top notch. The amenities - we couldn't have been happier. And through it all, even over the year delay, Gaby was right there. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. It felt like dealing with family. Gaby made some great suggestions and was extremely flexible to our custom requests. My daughter had always wanted the fairytale wedding. COVID-19 threatened to dash that dream. But the great people at Aristide McKinney and especially our wedding coordinator, Gaby, helped make that dream a reality. Gaby was stellar. A true rock star. She worked with us throughout the entire process and we were able to postpone the original wedding date by a year (with no financial penalty) so that we could have the full celebration we had hoped for. The staff at Aristide - top notch. The amenities - we couldn't have been happier. And through it all, even over the year delay, Gaby was right there. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. It felt like dealing with family. Gaby made some great suggestions and was extremely flexible to our custom requests. I have no problem recommending Aristide McKinney (and Gaby) to anyone who wants a top-tier wedding experience. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

We just got married At Aristide and I canât recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking. Gaby, the Wedding Coordinator was the absolute best. She was great to deal with. She was on top of everything from A-Z. Even with last minute requests she somehow managed to make everything happen. I cannot recommend her enough. . It was my dream venue and Iâm in love with it. (MN), the manager, is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

The venue was beautiful and Gabi was most helpful. Hosting a wedding during Covid was extremely stressful, however Gabi worked diligently to help alleviate as much as she could. The natural lighting in the chapel, coupled with the multiple chandeliers are absolutely beautiful. There are two different reception areas and both are equally beautiful as well. Couldn't fit the full review here but here is the last portion of one I wrote on Wedding Wire.Thus, began the very final part of this nightmare. We once again asked them for a refund. But not for the date, not for the cancelled wedding, but for all the items we paid for that were NEVER provided. We asked for a refund on drinks, which as far as we know, were not ordered or bought. On top of that, THEY COULD HAVE USED IT FOR ANOTHER WEDDING. Itâs not like drinks expire after a week. We asked a refund for the upgraded lighting, the upgraded linen, cocktail tables, literally everything that was not provided and came at ZERO expense to them. Even more so, as mentioned above, they could still use this for future weddings. Itâs not like they had to go in with a hammer and break all the lights and buy them again. They. Refused. To. Refund.For perspective, the added venue hour (never happened), colored wash lighting, linen upgrade, and premium beer & wine cost $5,175. None of this was refunded. Beyond unethical, immoral, and pathetic they could not even give us this back. This was so outrageous that we considered hiring a lawyer to assist us with AT LEAST these things. They could have kept the other $19,000+ but they refused for even this. Let me say that again, may not be a lot for some people but it is a life changing amount for others. Nineteen THOUSAND plus.The funniest part of this storyâŠ.after we told them we were looking into getting a lawyer, GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? The manager immediately replied back and said âI have a few dates in December and January that we can take a look at. It's safe to say that involving our legal representatives can be even more stressful.â Yes. That was copied and pasted. He really went out of the way to say that involving legal representatives can be more âstressful.â What the hell have my wife and I gone through then? Seemed pretty stressful for me. Itâs hilarious how the instant we said âlawyerâ ALL OF A SUDDEN A DATE OPENED UP FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR.I told him that if they were willing to pay to hire our vendors back then we would accept. We had no money left after they took our tens of thousands. Note, these are the same vendors they forced us to cancel because they âcould not offer postponement.â Please take another guess as to their responseâŠ. There was none. He straight up did not reply back for 6 days and then said âwifi and internet is badâ as his response and nothing else. Take this time to read some other reviews about their bad communication, please.There is an insane amount of detail I had to gloss over and this review is still extremely long. Aristide was the DREAM venue, even during a pandemic! The staff was extremely helpful, and the day went off without a hitch! We had a Sunday morning wedding (I was walking down the aisle at 9:30am!) and EVERYTHING was ready. The new renovations were also a nice surprise as we signed the contract before we knew they would be doing this! My favorite part was the new flooring. We were going for a fancier look and it truly helped us achieve that. (Not to mention the chandeliers!) My husband and his groomsmen LOVED playing mortal combat in the grooms suite, and the bridal suite was perfect! (We had 9 bridesmaids/groomsmen and we felt like we had enough space.) We had our dream wedding and we couldn't be happier!

Fernanda was just amazing at her job. She made me feel like I was talking to my aunt, very comfortable and approachable. Very informative but not overwhelming. She didnât use crazy wedding jargon but simplified everything to where my fiancĂ© and I could clearly understand. Her energy kept me excited throughout the whole tour and was very patient with our hundred questions. The venue itself is gorgeous , especially during sunset. The grand ballroom felt like a grand ballroom, just grand. Having the bar and kitchen on site was a plus because I know the food will be cooked fresh and not delivered in a truck. We signed our contract back when they were Piazza on the Green. I was very afraid at first when we later got the email that our venue had been sold to a large company. But they did not disappoint! We got everything we wanted and needed during every step of the planning process and our wedding.I had to be extremely particular since I have celiac disease and cannot have any gluten at my wedding. And their catering did exactly that. We even got GF rolls because of them!! They also got us White Claw at no extra charge for a picky bridesmaid.I know some people may be turned off of not being able to be at the venue all day but I didnât find it to be an issue at all. Literally as soon as we needed something our coordinator and couple captain got it for us. They kept us on schedule but never rushed us when we were behind (which letâs be honest a wedding always runs late!)Overall a great experience and we couldnât have done it without them!

It was beautiful, organized, and really REALLY fun. Kelly Scott and staff was the best addition to our day. They cared about every detail and catered to us and our guests both professionally AND they were genuinely sweet. Our bartenders were beyond our expectations. The drinks were amazing. Towards the end they were on the dancefloor!!The food was delicious and the display of it was absolutely wonderful.As a bride, I had worked really hard pre- wedding day for a smooth flowing ceremony and reception. With the hard work and care shown by Kelly and team. I was able to just be a bride. And for that I could not ask for more. Our DREAM venue!!If seeing photos of this venue doesn't sell you, seeing it in person will!I attended one of their open houses and was so impressed with how organized and helpful that was! The staff was knowledgeable, the vendors there raved about working at that site, and it was even more gorgeous than the photos had captured! The bride and groom suite are spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms for the guests, the chapel is breathtaking (look at those chandeliers!!), and the ballrooms are classic yet allow for so much customization! Once we booked the venue, we continued to be impressed! Working with Debbie and our wedding planner was easy and accommodating-even though we had to go through the management change and name change from Piazza to Aristide! Debbie was responsive and answered all of our questions. On the day of, she worked alongside our planner to ensure nothing was missed and everything went off as expected and on schedule. She was a joy to our families and friends and made sure our day was our dream! When we had our tasting, the scheduling was the easy part...choosing from their HUGE menu and all the delicious options was the tough part! Plus the fact that they allow you to customize the dishes, it was the BEST menu!!! Debbie was present during the tasting and carefully listened to our reactions and thoughts on every item we tasted. The chef came out and introduced himself at the end of the tasting and discussed with us our thoughts, our changes, and helped us decide with what would be in season how to perfectly curate our offerings! The rehearsal went off without a hitch, as Debbie was organized and ready to help lead it and answered the many questions of everyone there. On the wedding day, the venue was perfectly groomed outside and cleaned inside. Aristide worked with our planner and all our vendors to ensure everything was setup on time and correctly. The food and drink tasted identical to our tasting, with all the expectations being met! 7 months later we are still receiving compliments on the food and how the steak was one of the best steaks people have had-anywhere!! This venue is photogenic, easy to work with, and sets the perfect base for your dream day to grow from!

Our DREAM venue!!If seeing photos of this venue doesn't sell you, seeing it in person will!I attended one of their open houses and was so impressed with how organized and helpful that was! The staff was knowledgeable, the vendors there raved about working at that site, and it was even more gorgeous than the photos had captured! The bride and groom suite are spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms for the guests, the chapel is breathtaking (look at those chandeliers!!), and the ballrooms are classic yet allow for so much customization! Once we booked the venue, we continued to be impressed! Working with Debbie and our wedding planner was easy and accommodating-even though we had to go through the management change and name change from Piazza to Aristide! Debbie was responsive and answered all of our questions. On the day of, she worked alongside our planner to ensure nothing was missed and everything went off as expected and on schedule. She was a joy to our families and friends and made sure our day was our dream! I absolutely loved my wedding at Aristide McKinney! The venue is beautiful and guests loved the ease of everything being in one place. The chandeliers in the Chapel were a big hit! Our wedding was in April during the peak of spring and the grounds were well manicured and beautifully kept. Although Aristide McKinney is on the moderately expensive side, we ultimately chose this venue because there was a full kitchen onsite and food was really important to us. We didn't want any hot-boxed rubber chicken catered. We had a full sit down dinner served to all guests fresh from the kitchen which was a plus. Our guests enjoyed the food although we heard some people say the fish was dry. I only gave this review 4 stars vs. 5 due to some small things that annoyed me. 1) Additional charge to bring in a white dance floor. 2) Every little small thing needed approval by the owner - sometimes I felt like I was a nuisance for asking. Even my husband was annoyed by this. 3) The bridal suite originally was not able to be accessed for the full day although I was the only wedding that day. That needed special approval which I thought was weird. Overall my wedding was amazing. Really enjoyed working with my 90-day venue coordinator Theresa. Between the venue coordinator and my planner I always felt like I was in great hands! Highly recommend booking.

Pretty venue but it's expensive and some things could have been done a lot better. The food was very good and the pictures turned out beautiful. However, the coordinator made a MAJOR mistake that really put a sour taste in our mouths about this venue. I would have preferred to maybe have had my wedding at a less expensive venue, hired a wedding planner, and ensured a mistake of that magnitude was not made. Looking at our wedding pictures... they decided to water the pots or the grass on that day and so there are weird puddles in my husbands pics with his groomsmen. You are only allowed to go to the venue ~1.5 hours before the ceremony which really limits time for photo ops etc. These are the little things the venue should think about. Yes they may seem minor but when it is someones WEDDING DAY these minor things really matter. All in all, I loved the chapel and was happy we were able to get married there. Just think TWICE before spending A LOT of money because there is a chance you may not get what your money paid for.

Rehearsal seemed chaotic due to employees training. The food was really good, but they donât let you take the left overs you PAID for. Definitely was a thumbs down for my husband and I. It is a lovely place to tie the knot, but if I could do it over again I probably would have picked other locations in Frisco. Some of the terms in their contract are ridiculous.

Piazza on the green was an amazing venue for our wedding. I loved the way Robin, their sales representative, treated my cousin and I. Theresa, our wedding coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She was attentive to details, responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process and especially on the night of, where she took the stress out of the entire event. I loved working with her. She was very sweet and sensitive on a personal level and it was endearing. The entire staff is extremely professional and sweet and they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. They really take pride in it all. We received so many compliments about how gorgeous the ballroom and venue were and how delicious the food was. It was a beautiful evening that i will cherish forever thanks to them. I truly felt like a princess there in the middle of a fairy tale and I was able to savor each meaningful moment there. Thank you Piazza for making my dream wedding a reality.

I would like to take a moment to give a Star Rating. The Piazza On The Green, in McKinney, TX is the most spectacular venue in the State of Texas. When you drive up, you think you are entering a Tuscany villa. When I started looking at venues for my November wedding, I had a list of seven. The second I walked into the Piazza (before having seen anything more than the lobby, I knew Iâd found my venue). Once the tour was complete (and the contract executed), I went to my car and cancelled the other tours. Robyn, the owner, is fantastic and made the initial experience seamless. My wedding coordinator, Theresa, where do I begin?? But for her expertise and hand holding over the past three months, I would be an absolute mess. She has guided me through a seamless process and made recommendations I hadnât even considered. Another thing I love about Theresa is that, if she believes an alternative setup or look would flow better with your vision, she is not afraid to give suggestions. I came in with a certain âvisionâ of the reception space setup and, after going through the room with her, she gave alternatives that were much more in line with streamlining my vision. Theresa has never hesitated to answer calls, emails or text messages....even after hours. I am so looking forward to having my wedding at the Piazza knowing that their unparalleled staff will ensure that my day is absolutely PERFECT. Theresa told me that itâs her job to make sure that I am stress free and calm. Now for the food, Iâve never had better. The chef is fantastic and the presentation far exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were in a 5-Star restaurant for dinner. We wanted seconds. Lol. This venue was amazing! Our daughter was married here last weekend. It was simply a fairytale. It was calm, organized to the minute, stunning. The staff was over the top wonderful. Sheri Lowry was our in site coordinator. We had literally prayed about who we would be assigned as our coordinator, and we were so blessed. This venue was amazing! Our daughter was married here last weekend. It was simply a fairytale. It was calm, organized to the minute, stunning. The staff was over the top wonderful. Sheri Lowry was our in site coordinator. We had literally prayed about who we would be assigned as our coordinator, and we were so blessed. Sheri was calm, gentle, organized, clearly in charge, detail oriented to the minute. It was simply perfect!

We cannot say enough great things about the Piazza!! We initially went for our tour it was breathtakingly beautiful, and when we compared costs it came right on par with other venues we had toured in the area. An additional perk was location. The piazza is between several Mckinney, Allen, and Frisco hotels giving guests several options to stay. We wanted to try to save on decorations with our wedding and with the piazza we felt we were able to do so because the venue was already so amazingly beautiful and detailed!! We were able to have a good idea of food options from attending a few open houses, and we heard from several of our guests that they loved our food choices. They even made sure our bridal party was able to enjoy appetizers in between taking photos. Finally, Jami our day of coordinator was absolutely amazing!! Starting 90 days out she reached out to us mand literally answered hundreds of questions I had!! She was patient, thoughtful, and such a pleasure to work with. On the day of the wedding she took care of everything. From the minute we got to the venue to the minute we left we didn't have a single concern and everything flowed seamlessly . One final tidbit that I thought I wouldn't even care about was the cameras the Piazza has set up in the chapel. I was able to watch all the bridal party walk down the aisle from my suite which was so wonderful! After all the planning it was great to see it all take place prior to my own entrance.

I only have great things to say about this venue. My husband and I had visited many venues all around the DFW area but when we toured Piazza on the Green, we knew this was the place for us. From the beginning, the Sales Director, Robin Steyn was super helpful. She was very patient and quick at responding to emails. The ceremony area was absolutely beautiful with the huge chandeliers. It was so pretty on its own that I didnât even need my florist to do anything. We pretty much left it as is except added the LED candles down the aisle. They also have cameras around for live streaming for guests that canât make it to the wedding. The reception grand ballroom was BEAUTIFUL and spacious. It also had the huge chandeliers. We had 200 guests, a band with a stage, a huge kings table that sat 23 people and we still had so much room. The package included all the different lighting options so we didnât have to hire another vendor for it. The great thing about the package we selected was it came with a wedding coordinator 90 days before the wedding. Nicole Garcia was ours and boy was she spectacular! We met 90 days prior and walked through beginning to end of how rehearsal day and our wedding day would go. We appreciate how detailed she was and she asked tons of questions that I didnât even think of. She took charge the day of rehearsal and the wedding day and really allowed me to enjoy everything that was happening around me. I did not have to worry about a thing. Nicole and my captain Kelly made sure I was enjoying my day and not stressing. To this day, I still believe everything went smoothly. After the ceremony, we had to hurry up and take pictures with family and our party. They came in with a few staff members with the appetizers and drinks to make sure we ate and drank. After every picture, Kelly would come up to use and had us drink water. It really is just the small things that made this team so great. My husband and I really felt as though they genuinely cared about us. Food was a big deal for us. The great thing about Piazza is that they have many different open houses so we were able to try different appetizers and entrees before we even scheduled our tasting. They were also very accommodating to our requests. The chef was also very nice and was willing to make different things that were not on the menu. After the wedding, a few things our guests said they love. How beautiful the venue was, how the food tasted, and yummy the sangria and Champaign fruit punch was. They even mentioned how good the appetizers were and raved about the mini grilled cheese and tomato soup. The salmon and steak dishes were cooked to perfection! My family mentioned how not only the quality was great, but the quantity as well. They were shocked how big the plates were in compared to other weddings theyâve been too. Overall, this was the best decision we made. We would choose Piazza over and over again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My daughter got married here a few weeks ago and I will say it far exceeded my imagination. I had so many comments from my guests about the professional staff, the amazing food and the exquisite beauty of the venue. Above all else I was absolutely impressed with how amazing Barbara ( the wedding coordinator/planner ) was. She was so helpful in every possible way from day 1 all the way until the end of the evening. She not only helped plan it all out with us, she offered ideas, suggestions etc without being even slightly pushy. She was respectful of our budget and the multiple opinions of our family involved in the planning. She kept us updated on every detail land reminded us along the way. When the weekend came she was amazing! She singlehandedly took charge ( without overstepping at all) and allowed me as well as my daughter and her husband to enjoy the evening we took so much tie to plan. Every move along exactly as she had said it would. There were no mistakes, no delays and every single person had an amazing time. I had guests call me after the wedding expressing how beautiful the venue was and how great of a time they had. Barbara is amazing at her job and truly will allow you to enjoy your time and visit with your guests without having to worry about how things are moving along. I have three more children to marry off and I have no doubt we will be there again in the future. Even my brother who is about to get engaged was so impressed I have a feeling he will have his there as well.Again I can't say enough about Barbara and about Piazza. The venue, the food and the staff are simply amazing! Thank you for such a memorable and wonderful wedding day !!!

Piazza on the Green was an awesome place to hold pur wedding. We chose the smaller ballroom because the bigger one wad already taken. I got married here on 7/7/17 and I just love this venue. My wedding coordinator, Kim, was so helpful with the timing and planning of the whole night and she was such a pleasure to work with. This venue is pricey, but it is so beautiful and the food is so good. I like that you receive a copy of the live video feed of the ceremony. What sold me was the large dressing room (even though we only got an hour and a half time, so we got dressed at a nearby hotel) and the chapel and reception grand ballroom. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

Aristide was perfect for our wedding! The venue itself is GORGEOUS! There are so many places for photo ops, including the huge bridal suite, tucked away fireplace, and beautiful walkway. Our coordinator, Ashley, was so sweet and helpful getting everything organized from the details meeting to the day of the wedding. Aristide was easy to contact throughout the wedding planning process to answer my numerous questions (some I'm sure I asked twice, oops :) ). They were very helpful at the rehearsal making suggestions here and there to make sure everything was in order. The day of went so smoothly and I truly appreciated the hard work that their staff put in to make our wedding day the best. Thanks Aristide! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Aristide was easy to contact throughout the wedding planning process to answer my numerous questions (some I'm sure I asked twice, oops :) ). They were very helpful at the rehearsal making suggestions here and there to make sure everything was in order. The day of went so smoothly and I truly appreciated the hard work that their staff put in to make our wedding day the best. Thanks Aristide! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Very beautiful. The price you pay is mainly for the space, not the quantity of time you get to spend there. You are unable to adjust your timing of your event because they schedule events very close together. Not enough time for pictures before the ceremony. Felt very rushed, even though we did get in a little earlier than our scheduled time.Very hard to make it more personal for your \"Big Dayâ. They like it to be very uniformed.We had a plated dinner. Food was excellent, but it took to long between the salad being served and the dinner to be served. Would have preferred a Buffet dinner. Would have had more time to visit with guest while one side of room is being severed, you visit with the other side and vise versa.

BEYOND AMAZING!!!! I just had my wedding at the Piazza on the Green in October 2016. It was more incredible than I ever imagined!!! They fulfilled every one of my heart's desires and beyond!!!!! It was the BEST AND MOST BREATHTAKING WEDDING!!! I highly recommend the Piazza on the Green!!! Everything on our day was seriously incredible!!!! They are so organized, plan for every single thing, and execute it all beautifully, professionally, and smoothly. All of our guests and family are still taking about our wedding and the amazing food. They thought about every little detail and made it excellent. They do not just plan your wedding, but they get to know you and what you want, and they do everything they can to make it so special. Needless to say the venue is breathtakingly gorgeous - candlelight, chandleiers, the decor, linens, the amazing chapel, etc. It was such a joyous time and they made it even better!!! They are the best!!!!

Piazza on the Green was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. We originally chose it primarily for it's convenient location, but were won over by their great service. They went out of their way to make our wedding exactly what we wanted, even when I changed my mind about certain details very close to the wedding date. The food was very good as well. The number one reason you should book this venue is their coordinators. I had not heard of any other venue that offers a wedding coordinator in the package (you get multiple meetings, it's not just day of!) Ours, Shannon, was excellent. She knew exactly what she was doing and every detail in our timeline and decoration plan went off perfectly, and I had zero stress on the wedding day. Overall a great choice for your wedding!

We jusr had our wedding two days ago. The venue was great as well as the food. Abbey mcconal was our coordinator and she was God sent. Abbey went above and beyond our expectation, her communication was excellent and she paid attention to detail. She really made our day special and was so patient and understanding with us especially as we were in the planning stages. Our regret tho was that we were not able to take as many pictures as we would have liked to at the chapel as unfortunately our officiator took longer in his sermon and we has to exit the chapel to allow for the venue to clean up and prepare for another wedding .overall though its a great place to have ur wedding.

Yes, a beautiful venue! Can't deny that ours looked like a fairytale wedding. Robin on the sales team was helpful, sweet, and had a great memory of everything we discussed. Food was delicious. There is a food and beverage minimum to meet, but with the prices, that won't be too difficult. Unfortunately, we were EXTREMELY disappointed with other staff. Tamara, our day of coordinator, made us feel uneasy from the start. From our first meeting, she seemed scatterbrained and insensitive (trying to reassure us that she does this all the time made us feel like our day was less important). She did not recognize us only a week after our 3 hour meeting. She forgot our names several times, misspelled them on documents, and confused family members (even though they were written on a cheat sheet in her hand!) during the rehearsal lineup. The day of the wedding, she didn't obtain a special bottle of scotch for the groom's suite even though she promised to do so, forgot to drop the projection screens during the ceremony, and exercised poor stress management (she was more stressed and frantic than the groom and me combined - at least try to pretend to be calm in front of us). We were told ahead of time that we were in charge of decor set up. Before the ceremony, several of our family members went to set up the reception decorations - and not once but twice did Tamara tell them that her and her team would take care of the set up. An hour later, aka 30 minutes before the beginning of the ceremony, NOTHING had been set up!! Family had to frantically scrambled to set up before the ceremony. We would highly recommend the Piazza to other couples with the exception of Tamara. If you decide to go with this lovely venue, demand a different coordinator.

Good things: This is a beautiful building and a really great investment for an \"all-inclusive\" style venue. The food was delicious, my guests raved about it. We used the smaller ballroom of the two for just under 100 guests and it was more than enough room.\"Meh\" things: One of the bummers is the lighting- while Colleyville's lights are warm bulbs, all the McKinney lights are fluorescent. It looks cold and greenish in every room but the Groom's suite and the ballroom if you choose a warm color. Photos in the chapel don't look so great, and it's definitely not the photographer. The lobby of the smaller ballroom (where your bar goes) is not anything special.On the fence things: It is invaluable to have an event planner as part of the venue, I'm sure it would've been a much bigger headache without one. However, I married here about two months after it opened, so I toured the Colleyville location and spoke with Lorna (who was very helpful and so sweet). After I signed , someone else was assigned as my coordinator for the McKinney location and it seemed like they had too much on their plate with opening the new location to also coordinate the wedding. Details fell through the cracks, communication was curt, I won't go into all the reasons why and what happened, but it was an upsetting experience to put such a big event in someone's hands that I ultimately did not trust because of their behavior.2 stars for a beautiful building, 2 stars for excellent food and service staff. Minus 1 star for planning - which I'm sure is fine now because they've been open nearly a year.

I have so much to say about this place but will keep it brief. Overall it was the best decision I made regarding my wedding (outside of my groom...lol)\rAppearance: This place is amazing. I toured both locations and this review is for both. From the crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling in both the chapel and the ballrooms to the amazing lighting bouncing off each wall in the entire building. Its like a fairy tale setting for your dream wedding. The bridal suite and grooms suite aren't lacking either...they even have a sports package and gaming system for the guys. There is absolutely NOT ONE BAD thing I can say about the appearance and character of this venue. Its simply breathtaking.\rBang for your buck?: Absolutely. I am always trying to cut cost. I made all of the invitations, decorations/favors that I could make for my wedding. So when it came to the venue I looked for the best deal. Hands down the Piazza is the best deal. It includes so much that other venues don't like table linens (cutely folded napkins) up lighting, your initial shining on the wall, chavari chairs, centerpieces, 2 uniformed officers and A PLANNER. That is a big plus. Most planners are there to simply make sure you don't ruin their venue but not at the Piazza. This is the real deal planner. She did anything I asked and I met with her as much as I did my hired planner. Honestly, you don't need to hire a day planner if you book with the Piazza\rFood: Amazaballs! So food and budget were my two main concerns. I tasted the food at both locations and fell in love. I am a very picky eater so I knew that if I liked it the guest would. I was a little nervous that it may come out cold or even taste different at the wedding but I was wrong. Our guest were raving about the food and how it was hot when it came out. I didn't even have to ask them...they were coming up to me during the reception saying \"this food is gooood!\" lol. As of today I have 13 text messages on my phone discussing the food. I wonder if they remember anything else. lol\rStaff: Ok so what sealed the deal for me was the staff. Heather ( the owner) took her time to explain the cost and work numbers to fit our budget. She was overly concerned about making our day as perfect as possible. I later met her brother who is also the owner and he treated us as if we'd know each other for years. Every time I called with a question (I had a lot of) or to make a payment I was pleasantly greeted. No one was ever rude or in a rush to get me off the phone. I had one request which they had never done...I wanted my entrance to include fog. They made it happened-thanks to Craig and Tamara. Both spent countless hours making sure my entrance was perfect and it was! Tamara was the planner assigned to my wedding. She was so amazing that I now wanna call her my best friend. LOL. Seriously, her personality was phenomenal. I felt so at ease with her around that I asked that she stay in the back with me before my entrance and requested everyone else to leave. She made my day amazing. The Piazza is a much better place because of Tamara. She truly enjoys her job and goes above and beyond to make your day exactly what you imagine it to be. She was accessible at all times (at night, in the morning, on her days offs...AT ALL TIMES) and gave me her cell number to make sure I could call her whenever I needed her. She's patient, kind and full of love, Exactly what GOD requires of all of us. Thank you Tamara. I'll miss you.
